Spring and autumn, bank holidays and some special dates. Perfect balance between weather and occupancy.
Summer, Easter and major holidays. Higher demand and longer minimum stays.

Minimum days by season
- Low: minimum 3 days
- Mid: minimum 4 days
- High: minimum 7 days
- Bank holidays: ask for specific conditions
