Before booking

What driving licence do I need to drive a camper?
Usually a valid category B licence (cars) is enough. Here you can specify weight limits and required years of experience.
Is there a minimum age to rent?
Explain minimum age, years of licence and any extra conditions (for example, a young driver surcharge).
What is included in the rental price?
Insurance, included kilometres, basic equipment, etc. Link to the pricing and extras page for more detail.

Payments, deposit and cancellations

How is the booking payment made?
Example: pay X% in advance when booking and the rest a few days before departure or on pick-up day.
How much is the security deposit?
Specify the amount, how it is blocked (card) and when it is returned after the vehicle is checked.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Explain deadlines without charge, possible cancellation fees and how to manage date changes.

During the trip

What happens if I have a breakdown or problem?
Explain how 24-hour roadside assistance works and the direct contact number with your team.
Can I travel with pets?
Indicate whether pets are allowed, in which vehicles and whether there is any cleaning fee.
Where can I sleep in the camper?
General guidelines on overnighting vs camping, recommended apps and possible local restrictions.

Pick-up and return

Where do I pick up and return the camper?
Location of your base and whether you offer extra services at the airport or other locations.
At what time is pick-up and return?
Standard hours and options for early check-in / late check-out with a surcharge.
Do I have to return the tanks full and clean?
Explain whether you require full fuel, water, interior/exterior cleaning and the associated conditions.
